THE LOVETUNES
Privacy · Newsletter
The newsletter is managed for The Lovetunes by Albert Bau. Contact: thelovetunesband@gmail.com.
With your consent, we store your email address, language, signup page, consent date and wording, subscription status and welcome message status. We use this information to manage subscriptions and send The Lovetunes news and releases. It is not sold and is hosted by OVH.
A technical fingerprint of the IP and email address limits repeated requests. These counters are removed during subsequent requests after about 48 hours. Hosting technical logs are managed separately.
Subscription data is kept while you subscribe. After you unsubscribe, your address and consent record remain in the suppression list to prevent further mailings and retain your choice. You may request deletion, correction or a copy by contacting the email address above. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
A technical session cookie protects the form and is not used for advertising tracking. No email validation click is required. Each newsletter email must include an unsubscribe link.
